At Lapinski’s Design Build & Landscaping, we’ve been delivering high-quality landscaping design, installation, and maintenance services to homeowners across Central Maryland since 1998. Our roots run deep—what started with a 12-year-old Eric Lapinski mowing neighbors’ lawns has grown into a trusted, full-service landscaping company serving communities throughout Howard, Carroll, Baltimore, and Montgomery counties.
From humble beginnings with his dad’s old mower and a used car, Eric built the business one yard at a time. Many of those first customers are still with us today—a testament to our commitment to quality and long-term relationships.

Today, our company operates a fleet of 5 trucks, uses state-of-the-art landscaping equipment, and is supported by four dedicated work crews. We proudly serve neighborhoods in Potomac, Olney, Sykesville, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Palisades, Glen Echo, Silver Spring, Rockville, Columbia, Clarksville, and Ellicott City.
